Would recommend for a brief pause
Cozy room, comfortable bed, with an attentive staff who made our stay enjoyable with their warm hospitality, and the delicious breakfast featuring pancakes that started our mornings off right and the beautiful location set on a quiet B-road allowed easy access to local attractions.
Everything was delightful.

I enjoyed the good breakfast and the fresh orange juice. The supper was well cooked, and the staff were accommodating when I arrived late due to getting lost. I found the little decanter of sherry a nice touch.
The room was quite small and dark, with a noisy fan coming on all night. It felt overpriced for a pub.

The cozy atmosphere and tasty breakfast stood out for me. The main downside was that the service felt quite slow during busy times. it has a nice vibe with unique craft beers from their micro-brewery.

A cozy retreat with some hiccups
We had a fun weekend staying in a superior king room. The fireplace at the entrance was super inviting, and the staff were really friendly. The bathroom was clean but the shower pressure was a bit weak. The bar area was great for relaxing after a long day. a nice place with room for improvement.
