Killingworth Castle Hotel - Woodstock

The rooms are beautifully and tastefully furnished. The food is excellent. Rurally situated. We took a day trip to Oxford from here. This is the third time we've been here.

The hotel staff are efficient and sincere.

Had a very good stay for our niece's wedding, everything was very good! We truly enjoyed brand-new room with lovely touches and very efficient and especially helpful staff.

Our room was luxurious, but it had a musty smell.

Again and again a wonderful B&B with a lot of ambience and great food.

The location was convenient, the staff was responsive.

The weather was wonderful, had very very good stay for the weekend. I had nice food for breakfast with proper freshly squeezed orange juice. The location offered was handy near Woodstock and local pubs. It also was in front of the pub.

Would recommend for a brief pause

Cozy room, comfortable bed, with an attentive staff who made our stay enjoyable with their warm hospitality, and the delicious breakfast with pancakes that started our mornings off right and the beautiful location set on a quiet B-road allowed easy access to local attractions.

I enjoyed the good breakfast and the fresh orange juice. The supper was well cooked, and the staff were accommodating when I arrived late due to getting lost. I found the little decanter of sherry a nice touch.

The room was quite small and dark, with a noisy fan coming on all night. It felt overpriced for a pub.

Don't miss the locally brewed Yubby beer at dinner for a unique flavor experience.

The cozy atmosphere and tasty breakfast stood out for me. The main downside was that the service felt quite slow during busy times. It has a nice vibe with unique craft beers from their micro-brewery.

A cozy retreat with some hiccups

We had a fun weekend staying in a superior king room. The fireplace at the entrance was super inviting, and the staff were really friendly. The bathroom was clean but the shower pressure was a bit weak. The bar area was great. A nice place with room for improvement.

Really good Dining and Comfortable Stay

The room was cozy and well-decorated. Breakfast was a highlight with freshly prepared items. I would have preferred if the bathroom was slightly larger.

The superior king room was spacious and luxurious, with a fantastic tea-tray. Breakfast was high quality, and the service was friendly. It's also conveniently located for visiting the nearby countryfile show. Our experience was really enjoyable, and we loved the little touches, like the decanter of sherry in our room.
